Bio

Dr. Keith Bein is an Associate Professional Researcher at the Air Quality Research Center and Associate Researcher at the Center for Health and the Environment. Recently, Dr. Bein has done extensive research on the chemical composition of wildfires as well as the toxicity of particulate matter. He is investigating the association between emissions, chemicals, and the biological response, trying to pick out specific compounds or groups of compounds that are more or less bioactive than others.
